This recorded rebirth offer requires $1M and Horse

For this offer, keep the $1M target in mind when spending on food or another radar. Locate Horse in your available pets as well; reaching the cash target does not remove the separate pet requirement.
The dollar sign is the game's cash display, not a US-dollar price. The abbreviated balance describes the account in the screenshot, not your current balance.
What the offer previews
The panel lists three rewards and explicitly states “Resets your cash and luck.”1

These are reward previews, not an after-rebirth result. The multiplier is dimensionless: 2× is not $2 per second. This image also does not establish how long the benefit lasts or what a later rebirth offers.
What to do before confirming
Finish your current egg delivery or hatch first. Then work toward both requirements without spending below the cash target immediately before the reset.
Decide whether the stated cash-and-luck reset is acceptable. For a valuable collection, resolve retention before proceeding: the panel does not promise that pets, mutations, or Index progress survive. It also does not say whether the required Horse is consumed.
Do not convert spare cash into pets or upgrades on the assumption that this protects it. That strategy depends on retention rules the screenshot does not establish.
The pink SKIP button is visible, but its price, currency, and exact effect are not. It is not evidence of a free bypass or a currently available game pass.
When the requirements and reset consequences are clear enough for your account, use the ordinary rebirth action. Save the offer beforehand so you can compare the actual result afterward. If the result does not match a promised reward, keep that evidence rather than immediately resetting again.
